The spout looks like a snake.
Recently polished as it was very tarnished and the brass details were not distinguishable. There are a few small dents that can been seen in the images. The interior is in fair shape based on age. No obvious rusting. One area on the exterior side appears reddish due to possible prolonged high heat exposure.
This piece is missing its top finial on the lid. It appears as if the finial broke off from the welded location.
