This table has been stripped, bleached, and the top has been finished with matte General Finishes, Flat Out Flat, water based topcoat.
It features a serpentine apron with ornately carved cabriole legs. A serpentine apron means that there were two pieces of wood beneath the table top that were used to expand and support and hide any braces for an additional table leaf.
This table does not come with additional leaves.
The table was painted white by a previous owner and upon sanding it, there were some spots on the table top that displayed that it had been filled with wood filler. These spots can be seen in the images.
It is an extremely beautiful table with a modern bleached finish.
It could work as a kitchen table, office desk, or dining table.
