An antique wooden radio cabinet produced by the Northland Radio Co. of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Circa mid to late 1920s. This piece use to house the electronics of the original radio.
It features a long hinged wooden lid surrounded by four wooden panels. The back side of the cabinet has a few holes where knobs and dials were originally located. They can be filled if you choose to do so but they have been left to keep the integrity of the piece. Due to the number of scratches on the top and front of the cabinet, those panels were sanded and restained.
This item can be used as a chest to hold various heirlooms or keepsakes or it can be used as a decorative vintage box to house florals.
