The sticker on the back states, "Moire Glaze Kyes. Made in Pasadena California." Handcrafted in the United States in the 60s.
There is significant wear to this tray. The enamel has chipped in several spots and the brass frame has signs of verdigris due to oxidation. Some touch ups have been made but only to preserve the look of this piece.
