The crystal container on the interior can be removed to easily clean. There is a small chip around the brim. Please see images.
This container was originally used to hold jam, parmesian cheese, and various condiments. The spoon is missing. It has been polished but there are still some signs of tarnish.
The lid is hinged and still functions.
