This is a reproduction piece that was probably made between 1970-1990.
The head, seat and wheels are made of wood. The handle bars, axle, and wheel surround are made of metal.
There are signs of wear. There is a missing wooden handle and one of the spokes on the wheel doesn’t line up properly.
It makes a great decor piece for a child’s room, primitive den, or Christmas vignette.
